Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders ship after processing is completed, not at the time of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Carrier Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information for delivery-related issues.

 

International Shipping (if applicable)

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

 

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, epidemics/pandemics, labor disputes, strikes, carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or interruptions to internet/communications systems (“Force Majeure Events”). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, fulfillment and delivery timelines may be extended, and we will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
